Who's going: RSVP and friend overlap

The show page's Who's going box answers the only question that

matters: who's actually going to be there.

RSVPing

Any logged-in user can click I'm going or Interested on a show

page. One RSVP per person — clicking again updates it, and **Remove

RSVP** clears it. You must be logged in so cancellations and

postponements can reach you

(see cancelling and postponing).

The page shows both totals: "23 going · 5 interested".

Friend overlap

If you're logged in, the page also tells you how many of **your

friends** are going — "👥 3 friends going" — computed from your

accepted friendships. It's the nudge that turns "maybe" into "see you

there".

Only people who RSVP'd going appear in the who's-going list;

"interested" counts stay anonymous totals.

Tips

  • RSVP "interested" for shows you're watching — you'll still get the

cancellation notification.

  • Share the show page with friends: every RSVP makes the next one

more likely.

Troubleshooting

  • My friend RSVP'd but the overlap doesn't show them. Overlap only

counts accepted friendships — pending requests don't count. And

"interested" RSVPs never appear in the list.

  • I can't see the RSVP buttons. Log in first.
