Venue photo tour

A photo tour shows bands the room before they ever load in: labeled

photo slots for the Stage, Load-in, Green room, and

Parking areas on your venue page. It kills the "how do we get the

drums in?" messages.

Adding photos

  1. Open Edit venue profile on your venue page and scroll to **Photo

tour**.

  1. Under each slot (Stage, Load-in, Green room, Parking, Other), use the

upload form: pick an image file (JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF, up to 5 MB)

and add an optional caption.

  1. Click Upload … photo. The photo appears on the venue page under

its slot heading immediately.

  1. To remove one, click Remove under the photo (you'll be asked to

confirm).

Tips

  • The load-in photo is the most useful one: shoot the door, the hallway,

and the stairs/elevator from the band's point of view.

  • A quick phone panorama of the stage from the crowd's perspective

answers most "how big is the stage?" questions.

  • Green room and parking photos cut down on day-of confusion more than

any paragraph of instructions.

FAQ

Where are the photos stored?

Through the site's normal upload storage — Cloudflare R2 in

production, local disk in development. Deleting a photo removes the

stored file too, so storage doesn't fill with orphans.

Can bands upload to my photo tour?

No — only the venue's owners/managers.
