No-show reports

When the other side of a confirmed show doesn't show up, either party can

file a no-show report. It creates a public record of what happened —

with both sides on the record.

Filing a report

On a confirmed past show, the show page offers a report option to band

admins and venue managers. One side files; the other side gets an in-app

notification and can submit one response. Both sides stay visible to

each other and to the moderators.

How disputes work

  1. Report — you describe what happened (dates, times, who was told what).
  2. Response — the accused side submits their version once.
  3. Resolution — a moderator records an honest resolution.

The important part

MusicXen is not an arbitration authority. We do not decide who owes whom

money, and a report does not change anything about any contract between the

parties. The resolution is the moderator's honest record of what they

concluded — useful for keeping repeat offenders visible, not a legal ruling.

If real money is on the line, talk to a real lawyer, not a message board.
