Per-show printable poster

Every show page has a 🖨 Printable poster link that composes that

one show into a print-ready flyer: the uploaded event flyer (if any),

the band name, date, doors time, venue, the full lineup with set

times, prices, age info, and the ticket URL.

How it works

  1. Upload the show flyer first (the booking/flyer flow — the poster

uses the same image).

  1. Fill in the show details: lineup, set times, prices, age info,

ticket link.

  1. Open 🖨 Printable poster from the show page and hit Print.

The poster is composed in HTML/CSS from your actual show data — there

is no AI image generation, so the details are always accurate. The

print stylesheet hides the site chrome, leaving just the poster.

Tips

  • A portrait flyer image looks best; the poster caps it at a readable

size and centers everything.

  • No flyer? The poster still works — it renders a clean typographic

layout from the details alone.

  • Print to PDF from the browser's print dialog for a file you can

email or post.

Troubleshooting

  • The poster shows old details. It reads live data, so re-save the

show details and hard-refresh — browsers cache print pages.

  • The ticket URL is cut off. Very long URLs wrap; a short

redirect (bit.ly, the venue's short link) prints cleaner.
