Rehearsal polls
Scheduling rehearsal by group text is chaos. Availability polls let the
band vote on up to three proposed slots and instantly see which one wins.
Running a poll
- Open your band's Calendar tab and use the Propose rehearsal times
form (up to 3 slots, "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM").
- Every active member (hiatus members can't vote) gets one vote — voting
again moves your vote.
- The poll page highlights the leading slot: most votes, earliest slot
wins ties.
An Admin (or Booker) can close the poll and **put the winning slot on
the band calendar** as a rehearsal with one click.
