Merch table

Every show's fan zone has a merch table: a simple buy/sell board for that night's show. Bands list official merch; fans list the spare shirt, the duplicate vinyl, the poster they grabbed two of.

Browsing

Open the show's fan zone and scroll to Merch table. Each listing shows a photo (if the seller added one), the price (or "Make an offer"), and a message seller → link that opens a 1:1 conversation.

Listing an item

  1. Open the show's fan zone.
  2. Under Merch table, open "List an item on the merch table".
  3. Title, description, price (leave 0 for "make an offer"), and an optional photo.
  4. List it.

You can mark your own listing sold out / available anytime, or remove it. Band admins and venue managers can also mark listings sold out or remove them (house rules apply).

Tips

  • Meet at the show to hand over — that's the whole point of a per-show table.
  • Good photos sell: one clear shot beats three blurry ones.
  • Price in dollars and cents; the table is casual, not an auction house.

Troubleshooting

My photo wouldn't upload. JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF under 5 MB. Anything else is rejected.

I can't edit someone else's listing. Only the seller (plus band admins and venue managers) can change a listing. Message the seller if the price is wrong.

The sale went sideways. MusicXen doesn't process payments or hold money — the table is introductions only. Meet in public, at the show, and trust your gut.
