Counter-offers

Sometimes the date works but the terms don't. Instead of declining a

proposal outright, the venue can send a counter-offer with a

different date, a different pay figure, different pay terms, and a

message explaining the change.

How it works

  1. On the booking page, the venue manager opens **Propose a

counter-offer**, fills in whatever changes, and sends it. The booking

moves to Negotiating.

  1. The band sees the counter on their booking page with an Accept

and a Decline button.

  1. Accept applies the new date and pay in one click and **confirms

the booking** — no second round of approvals needed, since the venue

proposed these terms itself.

  1. Decline sends the original request back to the venue as a fresh

inquiry.

Only one counter-offer can be open at a time, and every counter is kept

in the booking's history so both sides can see how the deal evolved.
