Radius clause & hospitality rider

Two things that used to live in handshake deals now live on the

booking, editable under Edit terms by a band admin or venue manager.

Radius clause

"No competing shows within X miles for Y days." Set both

numbers and MusicXen watches for conflicts: if another confirmed or

held booking by the same band falls inside either show's radius window

in the same city, the booking page shows a radius clash warning

listing the overlapping dates.

One honest limitation: venues don't store coordinates, so distance is

approximated by city — same city counts as inside the radius. It's a

loud warning, not a block; talk to the venue if the flag looks wrong.

Three free-text fields — meals, drinks, lodging — shown to

the venue on the booking page and printed on the

performance contract. ("4 hot meals", "Water +

soda backstage", "2 rooms at the tour hotel" — whatever you actually

agreed to.)
