Fans overview

The Fans section (`/fans`) is the front door for everyone in the crowd: your fan profile, loyalty badges, gig-buddy finder, "notify me" alerts, setlist voting, the merch table, and "I'm here" check-ins. Every show page links to its fan zone (`/shows/{id}/fans`), where the show-day action lives.

What's here

  • Fan profile (`/fans/me`) — favorite bands, gigs-attended count, loyalty badges, alerts, check-in history. See Fan profiles & loyalty badges.
  • Notify me (`/fans/subscriptions`) — in-app alerts for new shows by band, venue, or genre, optionally within X miles. See Notify me.
  • Gig buddy — on any show's fan zone: opt in, find other fans going solo. See Gig buddy finder.
  • Check-in — tap "I'm here" on the day of the show. See Checking in.
  • Setlist voting — vote for the songs you want to hear. See Setlist voting.
  • Merch table — list or browse merch per show. See Merch table.
  • Fan photos — your show shots feed the band's page after approval. See Fan photos & approval.

Tips

  • You need an account (and to be logged in) for everything except browsing.
  • Fan features never need a band or venue account — if you just go to shows, this section is yours.

Troubleshooting

The fan zone link is missing. It's on every show page ("🎸 Fan zone"). If you don't see it, the page may be cached — hard-refresh.

I got an alert for a show I posted. You shouldn't — posting your own show never alerts you. Tell us if it does.
