Band calendar: rehearsals, gigs & deadlines
Every band has a shared calendar on the Calendar tab. It shows:
- Shows the band has proposed or booked (green on the month grid),
- Band events — anything that isn't a show: rehearsals, flyer deadlines,
recording sessions, promo pushes.
Any member can add an event with a title, kind (Rehearsal, Gig, or Promo),
date/time, and notes. Bookers and Admins manage the show entries. An Admin
can delete any event.
Won an availability poll? The winning slot can be dropped onto the calendar
as a rehearsal in one click from the poll page.
