Gig-bag checklist

Never leave the drum key at home again. Every show gets a **gig-bag

checklist (the link is under each show on the band's Calendar** tab)

that the whole band shares.

Auto-built from the venue's requirements

The first time anyone opens a show's checklist, MusicXen builds it from:

  • the venue's house rules (each line becomes its own "Venue

requirement" item — load-in times, door splits, age limits),

  • the show facts: cover price → cash box & float, parking notes → load

plan, confirmed contact → day-of confirmation,

  • the basics: gear, cables, power strip, setlist copies, merch, water,

snacks.

Smart lines are also extracted — "load-in at 5pm" becomes a confirm-load-in

item, "21+" becomes a check-the-age-requirements item.

Working the list

Any band member can tick items (they save in place), add custom items, or

rebuild from the venue's requirements if they change. The header shows

how many items are packed.
