Show Ops: Settlement, Schedule, Door View & Promoter Pay

The day-of and day-after toolkit for the show team — settlement reports,

the day-of-show timeline, a phone-friendly door view, promoter commissions,

and promo code expiry.

Settlement report

After the show, open the show team page and click "Settlement report" (/shows/{id}/settlement/report),

then "Generate settlement". It snapshots:

  • Ticket revenue — total from paid orders, broken down by tier.
  • Platform fee — 15% off the top.
  • Promoter payout — if a promoter on the show team has a commission %

set, their cut comes out of the net next.

  • Venue payout — whatever is left.
  • Attendance — tickets scanned + guest-list party sizes.
  • Comps issued and promo codes redeemed.

Hit "Refresh settlement" any time to re-snapshot (e.g. after late

door sales post). Use the notes field for band payout deals, expenses,

or anything the numbers don't capture.

Day-of-show schedule

Click "Day-of schedule" from the team page. Add timeline items:

  • Load-in, soundcheck (per band), doors open, set (per band),

curfew, or other.

  • Each item has a start time, optional end time, optional band, and notes.

Everyone on the bill can see the schedule — no more "when do we play?"

texts. Only the show team can add or remove items.

Door view (for phones at the door)

Click "Door view" from the team page. It's built for a phone in

someone's hand at the door:

  • Big attendance counter — heads in the building, live.
  • Scan ticket — type a ticket number or QR code, tap one big button

to check it in.

  • Guest list — every entry with a big Check in / Undo button.
  • Comp roster — who's got a comp and whether it's been scanned.

Promoter commission

On the show team page, every team member has a commission % field.

Set it for promoters (e.g. 10) and the settlement report automatically

deducts their cut from net ticket revenue and shows it as a payout line.

Clear the field to remove the commission.

Promo code expiry

When generating a promo code batch, you can set an expiry date.

After that date, codes in the batch show "This code has expired" instead

of redeeming. Batches without an expiry never expire.
