Ticket links and RSVP counts

MusicXen does not sell tickets. Instead, each show page can carry a

ticket link pointing at the venue's or promoter's own checkout, plus

simple RSVP counts so fans can see how many people are going.

The show page then shows a 🎟 Get tickets button. Bare domains get

`https://` prepended automatically; the link always opens in a new tab.

Any logged-in user can RSVP I'm going or Interested from the

show page. The page shows both totals, and logged-in users see how many

of their friends are going ("3 friends going").
