Post-show photo dump

After the show, the show page opens a photo dump: anyone who was

there can upload their shots, and band members can contribute on the

band's behalf.

Adding photos

  1. Open the show page after the show date.
  2. Under Photos, pick a file (JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF, under 5 MB),

add an optional caption, and upload.

  1. Band admins and venue managers can also tick **"Credit this as a

band photo"** — and may post photos any time, even before the show

(promo shots welcome).

Uploads open once the show date has passed, so the dump is genuinely

post-show. Each photo shows its caption and who contributed it.

Removing photos

  • The uploader can delete their own photo any time.
  • Band admins, venue managers, and site admins can remove anyone's.

Tips

  • Phone shots are the soul of the dump — blurry, loud, perfect.
  • Bands: a few good crowd shots here are better social proof than a

press kit.

Troubleshooting

  • Upload says the show hasn't happened yet. The dump opens on the

show date. If you're with the band or venue, ask a manager to post

early — they can.

  • "Could not read that image file." The file isn't a real image,

or it's corrupted — re-export it and try again.

  • My photo is huge sideways. Thumbnails are generated

automatically; the full-size original is kept as uploaded.
