Age restrictions and ID notes

Each show carries an age restriction and free-text **ID policy

notes, set in Manage this show → Save show details** (band admins

and venue managers):

  • Not specified — nothing is shown.
  • All ages — families welcome.
  • 18+ / 21+ — the show page badges it clearly.

ID notes is where the nuance goes, e.g. "Under 21 welcome with a

parent until 10 PM", "Valid photo ID required for the bar area", or

"18+ after 9 PM". It shows right under the age badge.

Tips

  • If the venue is strict, write the actual rule ("21+ with valid ID,

no exceptions") — fans would rather know before they drive over.

Troubleshooting

  • The age badge doesn't show. The restriction is probably still

"Not specified" — it only renders when set.
