Settlement history & door counts

The settlement calculator now records the door count — how many

heads came through the door — alongside the gross, expenses, and

payouts. The settlement page shows it with a per-head figure (net ÷

door count), which is the number that tells you whether the room was

actually worth it.

History feeds

Past settlements are no longer buried on individual show pages:

  • The band's Calendar tab has a Settlement history table: date,

venue, door count, net, with a link to each full settlement.

  • The venue's page has the same table for every settled show played

there: date, band, door count, net.

Both feeds list the most recent 20 settled shows.

The door-count data also feeds the draw estimate on booking

proposals: once a band has 3+ settled shows, venues evaluating a

proposal see an honest gross-per-night and attendance range. Below 3

settled shows, no estimate is shown at all — a made-up number is worse

than none.
