Show settlement

After the gig, split the door money without the spreadsheet fight. The

settlement link under each show on the band's Calendar tab opens

the settlement calculator. Only the band's Treasurer or an Admin

can run it; every other member can see the results.

How it works

  1. Enter the door gross ($).
  2. Enter the door count (heads through the door) — the settlement

page shows a per-head figure from it.

  1. Add expenses, one per line as `label: amount` (e.g. `Sound guy: 50`).
  2. Pick a split mode:
  • Equal — the net is split evenly across all active members

(hiatus members are excluded) to the penny; leftover cents go to the

first members on the roster so the total always adds up.

  • Custom — enter a $ amount per member; the total is validated

against the net.

The settlement is saved on the show with who ran it and when, and every

member can open the page later to see the breakdown. Past settlements

also appear in the Settlement history tables on the band's Calendar

tab and on the venue's page.
