Promote checklist

Every show gets a promote checklist — the unglamorous list of promo

tasks that actually fill rooms: flyer posted, email list, street team,

press, ticket link, day-of reminder.

Using it

  1. From the Flyer studio, open Promote checklist

(`/shows/<id>/promote`).

  1. The first visit creates the seven default items automatically — nothing

to set up.

  1. Tap the checkbox on an item to mark it done (tap again to undo). The

page shows "N of 7 done" at the top.

The checklist is per-show and private to the band/venue team — fans never

see it.

Tips

  • The "street team" item pairs with the

street-team tracker: mark it done once flyers are

actually in volunteers' hands, not when you merely printed them.

  • Work the list in order top to bottom — it's roughly ordered by lead

time (social posts early, day-of reminder last).

Troubleshooting

  • I don't see the checklist link. Only band admins, venue managers,

and site admins can open it — same rule as the rest of the manage

section.
