My Tickets

My Tickets (`/tickets/mine`) is your personal ticket wallet:

• Upcoming — tickets for future shows, each with a live QR code that refreshes every 5 seconds. Show it at the door; staff scan it.
• Past shows — your ticket-stub collection. Every show you've been to lives here as a trophy wall.

The rotating QR codes are anti-screenshot: a photo of someone else's code expires within seconds, so screenshots can't get anyone in.

Transferring a ticket to a friend

Can't make it? Send your ticket to a friend instead of letting it go to waste:

1. Go to My Tickets and hit Transfer to a friend under the ticket.
2. You'll get a one-time claim link — text or message it to your friend.
3. They open the link while logged in and hit Claim ticket. It's theirs now.

Rules:

• Only paid, unused tickets can be transferred.
• The link works once. Cancel it any time before it's claimed.
• You can't transfer a ticket that's listed for resale (cancel the listing first).

Reselling on the marketplace

List a ticket you can't use on the Ticket Marketplace (`/tickets/marketplace`):

1. On My Tickets, enter an asking price and hit List for resale.
2. Your ticket appears in the marketplace for other fans to browse and buy.
3. When someone buys it, ownership moves to them automatically and the listing closes.

Pricing and fees:

• You set the asking price.
• MusicXen takes a 15% platform fee; you keep 85%.
• Seller payouts are settled by MusicXen — you'll see what's owed on your My Tickets page.

Rules:

• Only paid, unused tickets can be listed.
• Cancel a listing any time before it sells.
• Once a ticket is scanned at the door, it can't be listed or transferred.

Buying a resale ticket

Browse the marketplace, hit Buy this ticket, and check out. The ticket lands in your My Tickets with a fresh QR code. You can't buy your own listing.

Troubleshooting

"Only paid tickets can move" — the original order hasn't completed payment yet.

"Already listed" — cancel the marketplace listing before transferring, or vice versa.

Transfer link says invalid — it was already claimed or cancelled. Ask the sender for a fresh link.
