Trust & safety on MusicXen
MusicXen is where musicians and venues make deals with each other — so we
take the safety of those deals seriously. Here's everything in one place:
- Verified venues — what the ✓ badge really means.
- No-show reports — when the other side doesn't show up.
- Pay protection & scams — how to keep money talk safe.
- Age-gated messaging — rules for threads with minors.
- Blocking & reporting — stop someone, or flag them for review.
- Your data export — download everything the site holds on you.
Everything safety-related is enforced server-side — the rules apply to the
mobile API the same way they apply to the web page. What you see in the
interface is what the server enforces; there are no UI-only rules.
