EPKs, riders & open dates

Electronic press kit (EPK)

Every band gets a public, shareable EPK page at `/bands/{id}/epk`. It pulls together:

  • Bio, members, genres, and location
  • Music (your uploaded tracks)
  • Upcoming shows
  • Tech rider (if published)
  • Contact info
  • Review summary

Send the link to bookers, press, and venues — it's everything they need to say yes.

Tech rider

Band admins can publish a tech rider from the band page: PA requirements, monitor mixes, backline needs, hospitality, plus a link to your stage plot. When a venue books you, they can read it right from the show page — no more email chains.

Venue open dates

Venues post open dates — "we need a band on Friday the 13th." Include preferred genres and pay notes. Bands that marked themselves free on that date show up as matches, ranked by rating.

Bands: mark your free dates on your band calendar and you'll automatically appear in matches. Fans can browse all open dates at `/open-dates`.

Getting started (onboarding)

New users get a guided checklist tailored to their role:

  • Musicians: set up your profile → join/create a band → upload tracks → mark availability
  • Venue owners: add your venue → set genre policy → post open dates → create a show
  • Booking agents: set up your profile → add clients → book a show
  • Promoters: set up your profile → connect with a venue → promote a show
  • Fans: find shows → buy tickets → track your concerts

Find it any time at `/onboarding`.
