Load-in instructions

The load-in instructions template answers the four questions every

band asks before a gig: where do we park, what's the door code, is

there an elevator, and what else should we know? Fill it in once on

your venue profile and it's **shown automatically on every confirmed

booking** — no more retyping it in chat the night before.

Filling in the template

  1. Open Edit venue profile on your venue page and scroll to

Load-in instructions.

  1. Fill in Parking (where the band parks and loads in), **Door

code, Elevator / stairs, and any other notes**.

  1. Save venue profile.

Where bands see it

On the Bookings page, every confirmed show gets a "Load-in

instructions" box with your template. It's visible to the band — the

part of the relationship that needs it.

Tips

  • Write it from the driver's seat: "turn into the alley behind the

building, park by the blue dumpster, freight elevator code 4410."

  • If different rooms have different load-ins, note it in the template

("Main Hall: back alley. Lounge: front door, ask for Marco").

FAQ

Do bands see this before the booking is confirmed?

No — only confirmed bookings. Pending proposals don't get the door

code, which is the point.
