Stage plots

A stage plot is the diagram a venue needs before your gig: where everyone

stands, what inputs you need, where the monitors go. Bands can attach stage

plots to their band page so venues can download them ahead of load-in.

How to add one (band admins)

  1. Open your band's page and go to the Info tab.
  2. Scroll to Stage plots and click Choose file — a PDF or image

(10MB max).

  1. Click Upload plot.

To remove one, click Delete plot next to it.

How venues get it

The plot lists on the band's Info tab for anyone to open. Venues can download

the original file and print it for the crew.

Tips

  • Keep the file name descriptive: "club-3piece.pdf" beats "scan001.pdf".
  • One plot per typical setup (club trio, full festival stage) — don't

overwrite a good plot with a one-off variant.

  • Update the plot when your lineup or input list changes. Old plots cause

load-in surprises.

Troubleshooting / FAQ

  • "Stage plot must be a PDF or image." No Word docs or spreadsheets —

export to PDF first.

  • "File is too large." The limit is 10MB. A scanned plot at 150 DPI is

plenty readable and much smaller.

  • I'm in the band but can't upload. Only band admins can manage plots.

Ask an admin to promote you, or to upload it themselves.
