Video intro

Your video intro is a short clip pinned at the very top of your profile —

your 60-second pitch to the world. Visitors see it before anything else.

How to add one

  1. Go to Edit profile.
  2. Under "60-second video intro", click Choose file and pick an MP4 or

WebM file (64MB max).

  1. Click Upload video. It appears at the top of your profile immediately.

To remove it, click Remove video in the same section.

Tips

  • Sixty seconds is the point — say who you are, what you play, and what

you're looking for. Don't ramble.

  • Film in landscape, in decent light, somewhere quiet. A phone camera is

fine.

  • A playing clip beats a talking head if you can do both: play 30 seconds,

talk 30 seconds.

Troubleshooting / FAQ

  • "Unsupported file type." MP4 and WebM only. Most phones record MP4

already; check your export settings.

  • "File is too large." The limit is 64MB. Trim the clip or export at a

lower resolution — 720p is plenty for a profile intro.

  • The video won't play. Make sure it uploaded fully (big files take a

minute), then refresh. If it still fails, re-export as MP4 with H.264 —

the most compatible format.
