Band one-sheet & booking templates

When you propose a show, the venue sees more than a date — they see your

one-sheet: your photo, genres, home base, bio, web links, and a

draw estimate built from your settled shows (only shown once you

have at least 3 settled gigs, so the number is honest).

The one-sheet page

Every booking has a printable one-sheet at Booking → View one-sheet.

It's auto-generated from your band profile — keep your bio, photo, and

links current and the one-sheet stays current. Hit **Print this

one-sheet** for a clean paper copy.

Booking templates

Starting a proposal from scratch every time is slow. On the **Propose a

show form (band page) and the Book this slot** form (venue calendar),

pick a template to prefill the gig type, pay terms, and notes — then edit

freely before submitting:

  • Headline set — 75–90 minutes, full production; guarantee plus 70%

of the door after costs.

  • Support slot — 30–45 minute set; flat fee or 20% of the door.
  • Festival — 45 minute set; festival fee, backline provided.
  • Private event — 3 × 45 minute sets; flat fee, 50% deposit to

confirm.

The gig type also shows on the booking page, the pipeline board, and the

contract.
