Street-team tracker

Know exactly who has your flyers. The street-team tracker records **who

took how many flyers, where they're hitting, and how many they actually

handed out**.

Using it

  1. From the Flyer studio, open Street-team tracker

(`/shows/<id>/street-team`).

  1. Add someone: name, how many flyers they took, where they're

covering ("record stores on State St"), optional notes.

  1. As they report back, use the +5 button to log handed-out flyers

(each tap adds 5; tap repeatedly for larger counts).

  1. The header totals it up: volunteers, flyers out, reported handed out.

Tips

  • Log the "taken" number the moment flyers leave your hands — memory lies,

the tracker doesn't.

  • The "where" field is the whole point: it stops three volunteers from

all papering the same coffee shop.

  • Remove someone when they're done; their totals leave with the row, so

remove only after the show.

Troubleshooting

  • Handed-out count is higher than taken. The tracker lets it happen

(someone may have grabbed more later) — just fix the "taken" number by

re-adding, or leave it; the totals are informational.
