What's new in v0.86.0
2026-10-14 · Messages: search, polls, mentions, attachments, and more
- Search your messages — across every conversation or inside one thread — and jump straight to the match.
- Start a poll in any chat, tag people with @username mentions (they get notified, even in a muted thread), and send photos and files up to 25 MB.
- Pin important messages to the top of a thread, snooze noisy conversations, mark a thread unread for later, and schedule messages to send themselves — up to 30 days ahead.
- Your half-typed replies now save themselves as drafts you can pick up on any device, and the inbox can filter to just show chats, groups, or unread threads.
